Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Mortgage Loan Officer on Team Shivani. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting borrowers with mortgage applications, conducting thorough underwriting reviews, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely closings. You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the mortgage industry and staying up-to-date with industry regulations. I am looking for someone who truly enjoys gathering paperwork to put together clean files for fast and seamless loan approvals. 

Team Shivani

As a member of my team, you will work on leads and business generated by me. I have spent the last 15 years curating my sphere and nurturing relationships with realtors in Reno. Even in the most difficult markets, I have remained busy. You will get to dive into the strategy and and structure of each loan while nurturing my established network of realtors and clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry

• Knowledge of mortgage lending policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in relevant software and technology

• A strong work ethic and attachment to the end outcome of tasks and loans you are involved in
