Obtaining a mortgage can be stressful, whether it’s a purchase loan or a refinance. To make the process enjoyable, we try to do as much of the loan “upfront” as possible. This helps us identify any potential obstacles before you are in contract so that your escrow can be just slightly less busy.

It also aides us in presenting the strongest offer – if you are up against other buyers but your loan has been almost fully underwritten in advance – your offer is pretty much as good as cash!

Closing is not the number one priority, it’s just one of the first opportunities I have to demonstrate my credibility. I want to earn your trust and become your mortgage advisor for life.

So my main goal is to become the person you call with any financing need and I do that by getting you to the closing table feeling calm, confident and financially safe!
